To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Grammarly Business Features team. This role will lead a talented team of software engineers focusing on user and revenue growth, with a mandate that spans our enterprise roadmaps. The role will also work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the company.

Grammarly’s engineers and researchers have the freedom to innovate and uncover breakthroughs—and, in turn, influence our product roadmap. Your impact

Grammarly’s Business Features team owns the shipping of user-facing features and functionality for Grammarly Business (our B2B/Enterprise features). The team works to build and test hypotheses and to launch features to millions of users across our various user interfaces.

As the Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of reliability, simplicity, and productivity.
  • Foster a metrics-driven engineering culture focused on impact and rapid experimentation.
  • Mentor engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers.
  • Help drive engineering-wide initiatives with the rest of the engineering management team.
  • Continue to build the team with exceptional engineers.
