Job Description

Overview:

ADP Iberia is dedicated to providing payroll and HR outsourcing services to its clients. In order to provide the best service, it must have a large area of ​​customer service professionals and a product that provides service to both customer users and internal users who perform the entire payroll process, portal administration, management with Social Security, etc.

Objective of the role:

Manage the assigned client portfolio, complying with the agreed deadlines in each process and ensuring an optimal quality in the delivered results.
Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes carried out and proactively seek improvements that can ensure a higher quality or efficiency in the service.
Participate in internal projects that the company can assign in order to implement new tools or processes.

Responsibilities:

  • On-site customer service management: specific requirements, requests related to the management process of your service as well as legal aspects.
  • Resolution and management of incidents derived from the service
  • Carrying out regular meetings with the clients in charge: Agree and update the payroll calendar and daily processes agreed with the client
  • Review and preparation of data related to administrative processes for processing in payroll (Performance of functional tests in the platform (s))
  • Processing of the client's payroll and carrying out the necessary controls defined by the department to ensure the quality of the process and customer service.
  • Management of the client's rental period
  • Performing and sending the periodic reports related to the payroll process (IRPF, social security files, accounting payroll ...)

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
  • Knowledge of applications and payroll and HR programs
  • Advanced knowledge of EXCEL
  • More than 500 processed payrolls
  • Knowledge of Model 111 and 190 / Social Security
  • Processing of High and Low
