Network Implementation Project Manager

What you’ll be doing...

Network Implementation Project Managers are responsible for end-to-end implementation of network initiatives as it relates to new platform, product and service deployments across many business units.

• Manage the strategic initiative that would drive company wide ERP strategy involving consolidation of disparate systems under one platform – SAP S4/HANA.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, coordinate multiple teams, manage risk, and present status and initiatives to executive leadership.
• Manage with leadership qualities to effectively direct deployment activities for the integration and commercial success of new product and services projects.
• Initiating milestones, timelines and direction, aligning people with determination, and willingness to take action and follow through.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
• Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

• A degree.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to project management.
• A PMI or Project management certification.
• Experience using Clarity Software.
• Experience with Wireless/Cellular/Telecom technologies.
• Experience in leadership roles in technology management.
• Experience in managing large cross-functional or enterprise-wide projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using the full suite of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with various engineering systems - FUZE, COFEE, CCP, CAT, ICON, SCANNING.
• Experiencewith VZ internal finance and supply chain systems – Peoplesoft, nSAP, vSAP, UNEFI , CATs.
• Knowledge of life cycle of fixed asset, sourcing and procurement, Material masters, vendor master, and location master.
