Your role and impact

As a Research Coordinator on our Research Operations team, you’ll partner with Researchers across multiple product areas to strategize and execute on the recruitment approach for multi-method research proposals. You’ll advise researchers on study feasibility and ethical protocols, and drive the the full cycle participant recruitment process that makes it possible for our teams to gather user insights and deliver the best product experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own entirety of research participant recruiting process, including screener distribution and phone screening
  • Work closely with researchers to identify participant requirements, build and maintain participant database
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paces changing environments/research needs, and able to switch directions quickly.
  • Ability to identify and run independently projects related to improvements of Research Operations, i.e.: vendor management, legal and IT governance, productivity tool selection.
  • Must be self-driven, with the ability to prioritize when faced with multiple projects and know when to ask for help

Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A.
  • 1-2 years professional experience recruiting for research, supporting in-person data collection, specifically for evaluating usability of digital product experiences.
  • Interest in Design & Research Operations as a career path
  • A keen interest in technology products and how they are designed
  • Solid project planning and organization skills
  • Solid documentation and communication skills - clear, concise, well organized
  • Experience working with remote/distributed teams across timezones and countries
  • Self driven initiative, solid prioritization skills and comfort coordinating multiple simultaneous requests from Researchers
  • Ability to make reasoned decisions with imperfect or ambiguous information.
  • Solid collaborative abilities with stakeholders of various levels
  • Can identify and make recommendations to improve your team’s workflow
  • Well versed in survey software, such as Qualtrics
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA and Google Sheets
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
  • Comfortable learning and testing new tools
  • Comfortable sharing with Researchers or stakeholders and able to present concisely
  • Nice to Have: Experience onboarding vendors and managing the procure to pay process
  • Nice to have: Experience creating and managing a panel
