Summary Is your Non-Profit Organization /501c3 looking for an exciting fundraising opportunity? The 2020 NHL All-Star game is taking place in St. Louis at the Enterprise Center and Fanatics is the retail partner! We’re looking for your volunteers to help with set up, break down and merchandise sales starting January 20 th through January 27 th . We welcome any size group and there are no minimum or maximum day(s) that your group can work. Fanatics will pay your organization for the hours worked by your volunteers. General Job Duties: -Greet fans and ask questions to help create an enjoyable shopping experience -Make merchandise recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans -Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience -Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS) -Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented -Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team, if needed Requirements: -Must be a credible Non-Profit Organization/501c3 attached to a Federal Tax ID # -Everyone working in your group must be a minimum 18 years of age -Availability and ability to work a full shift in a fast-paced environment -Proper transportation to the event – carpooling is highly recommended -Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment -English-proficiency (both verbal and written) Physical Requirements: -Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed -Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
