Boeing Guidance and Repair Center is looking for a candidate to work on multiple programs in support of production and repair contracts. This site provides a unique work atmosphere where the employee can learn about a variety of programs.

The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry Level Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support Minuteman III programs within BDS assigned to the Integrated Planning Scheduling Manager for the Missile and Weapon Systems division. The position is located in Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
This position supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements. Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules. Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity. Identifies and reports performance variances. Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline.

Position Responsibilities:

Export Control:

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing and managing schedules
  • Experience leading projects

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
