MSQ Coordinator and Data Analyst (f/m/x)

Job Description

Your Opportunity:

• Prepare, propose and monitor the MSQ OpEx budget and the MSQ/GQ CapEx budget
• Collect, track and analyze MSQ leading metrics and KPIs
• Support MSQ Heads in designing, operating and improving MSQ Operating Mechanism : Leadership Team meetings, tiered accountability meetings and visual systems grounded on AGILE good practices
• Manage MSQ management and decision support systems and infrastructure, keep oversight and visibility of MSQ SMEs support activities to OpUs, Regions, sites like support on audit preparations, during audits, for rapid interventions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma examination or commercial education (i.e. university degree not required)

5 or more years experience in budget planning , proposing and monitoring

• Pharma Authorities audits
• collecting, tracking and reporting leading metrics and KPIs
• designing and improving LT meetings, Tier boards, visual systems based on AGILE good practices
• using effectively and efficienctly management and decsion support systems (e.g: Concur, FAWE, Spot, Coupa..)
• organizing workshops and events and support on creation of professional decks for communication purposes

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 3.270,89 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
