The Role
The primary function of the Inside Remarketing Specialist is to work cross functionally with Remarketing, Delivery, Sales and Service teams to ensure a timely, efficient and smooth process for all trade-in vehicles across the respective region. The Inside Remarketing Specialist will be responsible for all document handling related to trade-in vehicle transactions and will be introduced to a fast paced department where their influence matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Remarketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to process all required documentation for vehicle trade-ins, with a focus on adaptability and accuracy.
• Daily intake, filing and organization of vehicle stock as well as registrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle registration on behalf of customers based on specific regulations and requirements.
• Manage payment and exchange of trade-in vehicles by working closely with local business partners.
• Monitor vehicle wholesale operation and improve stock turn.
• Coordinating and managing the logistics of trade-in vehicles with business partners.
• Provide support, when required, to fast track Used Tesla Sales and Delivery processing
• Records information and ensures data quality in all software systems used by Tesla

Requirements

• Knowledge of industry landscapes, title brands, and other relevant notations related to auto industry.
• Knowledge of regional vehicle registration documentation requirements.
• Self-starter, willing to work on a flexible schedule based on activity volume.
• Superior attention to detail under pressure, with ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment with proven, quantifiable results.
• Demonstrated ability working with MS Office and across multiple computer systems. Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
• Previous experience working with vehicle registrations, vehicle dealers and wholesalers is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
