As a part of the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Finance function, PFA is a fast-paced organization with responsibilities for supplier cost Analysis & Audit. Auditors partner closely with cost analysts and supplier Management to support the development of a negotiation position for supplier rates and factors

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts supplier audits, complex analysis to evaluate supplier financial books of record in order to identify how suppliers have generated their rates and factors.
  • Conduct market trend data and parametric models.
  • Prepares strategies and leads price negotiations with supplier.
  • Conduct research, preparation, data validity, review, approval and reconciliation of complex financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with FAR, GAAP and CAS.
  • Performs risk and opportunity analysis. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
  • 1+ years of experience managing/supporting suppliers (i.e. analyzing cost and schedule, managing baselines)
  • 3+ years of experience performing financial reporting accounting (ex: account variance analysis, reconciliation, and journal entries, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience performing estimates or financial analysis

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Procurement Financial Analysis

Typical Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typical 6 years or more related work experience. Masters degree and typical 4 or more years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An accounting degree is preferred or CPA.

Relocation:
