The Global Data Technology (GDT) organization governs the strategy and implementation of enterprise data warehouse, customer and marketing platforms. We partner with Marketing and Analytical Insights business operations in achieving the goals of our Chief Marketing Office. Our large customer base, diverse business units both B2C & B2B, multitude of marketing tools couple with data availability provide an opportunity rich environment to have real impact.
What you’re good at
The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology will primarily partner with host of cross-functional areas such as distributed marketing and data teams, campaign managers, data scientists & analytics, Creative and Digital/CRM teams and help develop and optimize cross channel marketing strategies. You will lead a team of talented analysts and developers delivering business capabilities on the marketing platforms

- Passion for end-to-end application and platform technical ownership in the martech space
- Establish clear and coherent plans for execution as well as delivery of the plan
- Seeks out and adopts learning & best practices and innovates with a proven test and learn and mindset Understand the customer and can derive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and end-to-end user experience to retain and convert customers
- Strong Business acumen: you understand the bigger picture for customers and the business and know how to probe beyond stakeholders’ stated requests to really understand their needs and the value of information. Delivers business results, analyses, campaign wrap up reports and makes recommendations for improvements and actions
- Responsible for planning and delivery aspects of 2-4 scrum teams, people management and performance management responsibilities of 5-7 direct reports
- Advice and provide guidance on architectural decisions, solution design
- Work with our vendors in providing oversight for production activities
What you have
- 3+ years in a people management role
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology operations, email marketing, multi-channel delivery, lead management.
- B.S. degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering or similar quantitative field
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database constructs, deep understanding of data warehousing capabilities. Demonstrated experience in data and application integration capabilities in both on premise and cloud environments.
- Proficiency with distributed marketing tools (eg: Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc), CRM (e. g.,Salesforce). Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and integration points such as connectors to Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign lifecycle, journeys, campaign analytics, distributed communication, lead management constructs
- Knowledge of domestic and international compliance laws (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience in financial services is a plus but not a requirement
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations
