Job Description

Citigroup Technology Inc. seeks a Reference Data Management Senior Manager for its Miami, Florida location.

Duties: Coordinate and control the use of Citi’s offshore legal vehicles in the Latin America Region. Manage approval of offshore legal vehicle usage for Latin America region, and coordinate review and assessment of all product programs and special transactions for suitability. Review and confirm validation of business rationales for offshore legal vehicle usage and ensure alignment with the general purpose of the business. Liaise with product managers and internal legal, tax, finance, operations, and compliance unit heads to ensure that legal vehicle activity meets all local, legal, tax, compliance, product, regulatory and accounting policy requirements. Oversee Business Unit Control Officer in assessing whether Citi’s regional Financial Reporting Office is properly equipped to process and report specific legal vehicle activity, and develop solutions to remedy reporting deficiencies. Represent Citi as primary liaison with local regulators, ensuring that all offshore legal vehicle activity meets regional standards.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or closely related field and 7 years of experience as an Operations Manager, CFO, Control Manager or closely related position. 7 years of experience must include: Compliance with Latin American financial regulatory frameworks; Regulatory risk management and control; Financial statement analysis; Flexcube and Business Objects applications, product processor and reporting tool for offshore transactions respectively; Abacus; and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
