We are looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Analyst to lead and drive capabilities for our Finance Engineering team in IT. A passion for engineering practices like product quality, CI/CD and agile adoption, is a must, from day one.

The Sr. Systems Analyst will be responsible for solution design and implementation in Finance platforms - Anaplan and Coupa. The role will report to the Sr. Manager of Finance Platforms (EAA). The growing Enterprise Applications and Architecture (EAA) team is based in San Francisco with a global presence in other offices (Portland, Chicago, New York, London, Dublin and Tokyo).

We have an extensive portfolio of world-class implementations of NetSuite, Anaplan, Coupa, Workday, SFDC and Mulesoft to help our company scale. The successful candidate must have significant previous experience in model building and administration of Anaplan and should be open to support other enterprise applications like Coupa and NetSuite.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with Product Managers to translate detailed business requirements into implementable features in Anaplan and other Finance platforms.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Anaplan in building models for Workforce, Opex and Revenue planning processes.
• Design and build scalable modules and dashboards in Anaplan, ensuring that they adhere to leading standards of the platform.
• Responsible for architecture, administration, configuration and release management and administration of Anaplan and Coupa.
• Provide insight into future capabilities to FP&A, Finance Data, Procurement and Accounting teams to drive efficiency and adoption of Finance platforms.
• Prepare key artifacts like technical specs and system architecture diagrams.
• Develop and execute test plans for defined features and develop unit and integrated testing scripts.
• Reproduce and fix production issues depending on the severity, and own the deployment of the changes from Dev to Production.
• Responsible for input into all engineering practices for their area- Product Quality, CI/CD, Automated Testing, Integration Testing.
• Complete Platform Ownership: Management of Technical Debt and Platform Life Cycles for Anaplan, Coupa and other Finance platforms.
• Balance needs for functional and non-functional requirements (availability, scalability, supportability, security, interoperability, etc.).

What we look for in you:

• IT Systems/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent degree
• 4+ years of hands-on model builder experience in Anaplan with focus on financial modeling.
• 1-2 years of configuration experience in Finance systems like Coupa, Oracle or other similar systems preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of FP&A, Source to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash business processes.
• Past experience with large scale implementations – NetSuite/Oracle, Coupa, Anaplan and their integrations through Mulesoft/Boomi.
• Desire to continually learn new processes and platforms so support our growing Finance functions.
• Clear communication and orchestration of technical resources.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and breaking down epics into user stories.
• Demonstrated ability to create order out of chaos, with minimal oversight.
