Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Global Trade Management provides software to help companies manage international trade. Our software helps companies get their products across borders and into the hands of consumers like you. We’re looking for smart, creative individuals to work directly with our clients and implement our software. We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant b ased in Charlotte, NC locations.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Work closely with Fortune 500 clients to understand their supply chain processes and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Implement our software to meet each client’s unique business requirements
• Perform project management, configuration, and testing tasks for global implementations
• Analyze data to support the global trade management operations of our clients
• Work as part of an international team of business analysts
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Superior analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional attitude towards customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel, as needed, to client sites and assist with implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in IT project management, supply chain, or a related industry with client facing experience
