Position summary

Technical Producer, Virtual Events -Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency

Are you a producer with a track record of successfully creating quality, branded, online experiences, and leveraging technology for optimal performance? Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency is looking for a Technical Producer, Virtual Events who’s accountable for creating the Deloitte experience within this specialized area. The Technical Producer focuses on the production and execution of Deloitte’s webcast programs, has in-depth knowledge of webcasting, video, and platforms and is overall technically savvy. Key components of this position include leveraging technology platforms to deliver the best experience to the marketplace; as well as understanding and developing skills in experiential design, video implementation, and next generation technology. You also need high aptitude with working with senior leadership.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Build each event in the webcasting platform, as well as other integrated elements (e.g. email, Salesforce, and D.com)
  • Manage the preparation, and production of virtual events in collaboration with producers, for our stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate the final assembly of all content and supporting marketing and compliance materials.
  • Manage all aspects of execution – deadlines, pre-show logistics and testing, on-air direction, and post-show upload.
  • Work directly with producers, USI (India), marketers, and presenting teams on a daily basis.
  • Interface with presenters, moderators, and marketing professionals to coordinate participation in the event.
  • Provide presentation coaching and best practices.
  • Monitor quality throughout the webcast process, including: sound, video, visuals, timing, and technology.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply best practices for work flow and quality compliance.
  • Continually educate producers and presenting teams on optimizing the client webcast experience.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills.
  • Audio/video editing experience.
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving.
  • Adept at using the latest webcast platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of webcast user experience best practices, user-centered design, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to problem solve, communicate clearly, negotiate, and maximize resources.
  • Capability in working directly with senior executives; excellent relationship skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism with a strong executive presence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently to identify project risk and know when to escalate challenges appropriately.
  • Strong attention to details and 100% focus on quality.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide strategic and tactical counsel that helps achieve clients' business goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Use Workfront to enhance collaboration, manage assets and maintain visibility of project workflows.
  • Ability to work from home.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required. Bachelor’s Degree required.
