Job Description
The Client Partner is responsible for growing & maintaining positive client relationships by being a strategic & innovative consultant. They will be an essential client advocate ensuring all BVA delivery is of high quality & addresses clients’ needs. This is a crucial position within BVA & creates unity between the agency & our clients.

- Serve as the “face of BVA” and primary point of contact for client executives & key stakeholders
- Ensure all BVA work delivered to client is of high quality & fits both scope & client needs
- Maintain acceptable levels of referenceability, retention, & overall satisfaction across assigned client portfolio
- Develop & execute a strategic account plan for each assigned account tied to BVA offerings & revenue targets
- Proactively identify & recommend new business opportunities to accounts, introducing additional BVA services & thought leaders while providing DTC brand-focused insights & digital commerce expertise
- Own contract/SOW process for assigned accounts, collaborating with Sales & Delivery teams
- Mentor other account managers within your client portfolio
Who you'll need...
- 10+ years of digital/ecommerce consulting experience or equivalent experience directly managing a digital/ecommerce channel
- 5+ years of recent experience growing & managing complex client relationships in a digital agency or professional services environment
- Successful track record of consulting with and selling to senior executives
- Expertise in commerce and in at least one of the following industries: health & beauty, fashion/apparel/accessories, luxury goods, CPG, sports & outdoors
- Experience in generating buy-in & alignment to drive positive results
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Strong work ethic with a self-starter mentality
