Administrative coordinator in the marketing department

Job Description

Your Challenge:

The candidate will become the resource person for all the nomenclatures of marketing projects, and will work in close collaboration with the marketing project leaders of all Active Cosmetics brands (Vichy, La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Dermablend Professional and SkinCeuticals) and logistics and sales teams

The candidate is in charge of everything related to the creation and monitoring of marketing projects in our IT management systems (launch and promotions). The candidate will also be responsible for keeping the various stakeholders informed of project progress.

We are looking for a person with a good team spirit, a sense of organization and a sense of priority, autonomous and versatile, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone who likes routine tasks and who looks for stability for many years to come.

Your profile

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in administration or other related field
• Good knowledge of MS Office software (especially Excel)
• Like teamwork, easy to build a network of contacts
• Comfortable in a complex and fast environment
• Bilingual (French and English)
