Integrated Producer, Mixed Media/Virtual Events

Are you a professional who is comfortable working with firm partners and C-suite executives with a track record of successfully managing projects across various mediums? Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency is looking for an Integrated Producer for the Mixed Media and Virtual Events team who is accountable for creating world-class experiences via Deloitte’s digital, video, and webcast platforms. The Integrated Producer will supervise and drive the execution and delivery of market development campaigns on the Producer team by consulting with firm leadership on client/prospect needs and develop targeted solutions to deliver distinct experiences and lead generation. We're looking for someone who has an immense sense of leadership and fun, along with someone who can adapt to different working styles.

Work You’ll Do

• Develop positive relationships with Account teams, Strategy, Insights and Analytics, Project Management, The Studio, and all production teams/vendors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with appropriate marketing teams to ensure cross-channel optimization and appropriate subject matter experts are engaged.
• Advise and manage innovative mixed media and virtual events that promote the firm, build and enhance brand eminence, generate leads, and develop relationships.
• Plan, prep, rehearse, and bring webcast to fruition by leading the development of the webcast (and potentially podcast) from initiation to the technical build, effectively managing timelines, deliverables, and coaching the presenting team.
• Manage multiple production projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Source and evaluate quality multimedia vendors to ensure creative and production are supported by the best resources and the latest technological developments and techniques.
• Contribute to the strategic vision and have ownership of the final product's quality.
• Leverage best practices and templates to create a consistent brand experience; and bring fresh ideas to optimize digital/video/webcasting delivery and performance.
• Integrate with other producers (as needed) on video and webcasting needs, Deloitte.com and digital; and have a good working knowledge about all mediums.
• Provide clear timely communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party vendors.

What You’ll Bring to The Table

• Persuasive skills and able to gain consensus through influence
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills with ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times
• Skilled at negotiating, with the ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate agility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism with a strong executive presence
• Ability to manage workload independently to identify project risk and know when to escalate challenges appropriately
• Experience in creating online client experiences that utilize the best practices in experiential design
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Provide strategic and tactical counsel that helps achieve clients' business goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the latest webcast and virtual event platforms (e.g. ON24) a plus
• Experience in Adobe Experience Manager or other content management system
• Experience in managing all phases of video production
• Ability to work from home
• 5+ years of relevant experience required
