Manager of Customer Success

You understand how to scale a Customer Success team to achieve hitting your revenue goals. You excel at working with existing customers to develop strategic relationships that grow over time. You are as comfortable working directly with executives at Fortune 500 companies as you are identifying upsell opportunities and reporting progress against key business metrics. In this role, you will operate at all altitudes.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering the retention and revenue goals that your team is accountable for
• Measure, monitor and hold Customer Success Managers accountable for their activities and results as well as lead by example
• Monitoring renewal and growth forecasting efforts, overall customer health, churn
• Directly managing, building and leading our team of Customer Success Managers as we expand our customer base
• Give coaching and advice across the lifecycle of the customer journey when you see an opportunity for improvement
• Assesses Customer Success Manager's activities & forecasts to determine progress & required improvements. Recommend & implement improvements to achieve goals

• You have previous experience as a manager of customer success focused on enterprise SaaS in growth-stage startup environments
• You know how to convey a vision—you can capture the unique view of what Textio does and inspire customers with a sense of what’s possible

• You're a self-starter who can juggle multiple, demanding initiatives concurrently.
