Business Systems Consultant role within Wells Fargo Technology. The Technology team members are assigned to various Agile Scrum Teams supporting Wells Fargo Advisors, which includes Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile Client facing Digital platforms. The Team consist of Analyst and Developers located in St. Louis MO, Charlotte NC, and Richmond VA.

This Business Systems Consultant role will be responsible for owning the Product Delivery, its performance, and outcome through logically solving problems, proactively managing issues, brokering consensus among stakeholders and facilitating decisions. Drive for results. Keep focused on the highest priority goals and objectives. Understand the business value and strategic themes. Partner with Product Owners on ideation, discovery, prioritization, and acting as the primary liaison between Technology teams to ensure system designs and solutions align with business requirements and objectives.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assist with refining complex epics and features to make them suitable for inclusion in scrum backlogs
• Review Ideation & Discovery requests that require specialized expertise to understand impact and flag any impacts
• Engage with Product Managers for incoming projects to assess potential impact
• Refine epics and features to assess impact to the system as whole, and proposes how bodies of work could be grouped (sliced) based on business objectives and value to the customer
• Support team to refine non-functional requirements, technology enablers, KPI’s, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate in identifying critical dependencies and across the Portfolio and Scrum Teams
• Identify and resolve any cross Scrum team impacts or functional dependencies
• Support resolution of critical dependencies and risks within their Scrum Team

• 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
• A BS/BA degree or higher
• 7+ years of information technology experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of Agile experience
• 2 + years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.

• Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
• Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
• Scrum Master certification
• Agile Certification

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
MO-Saint Louis: Min: $80,500 Mid: $115,000
