The Business Operations & Finance team is focused on solving some of Curology’s most pressing business challenges. You will support strategic decision making and model out the financial impact of new opportunities. You will make what is complex simple and build elegant models that are both accurate and easy-to-understand. You will work cross-functionally on key initiatives with a direct and quantifiable impact on our P&L. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Operations.

What you'll do:

• Partner with our fulfillment and supply chain teams to make financially sound, operationally efficient decisions
• Lead process improvements and cost savings initiatives by leveraging data and insights
• Maintain and improve the company’s financial model; develop a strong understanding of key financial levers
• Translate our monthly financial model into forecasts by week and by product type to drive headcount planning, inventory purchasing, and resource allocation
• Model out the P&L impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations that aid decision-making
• Assist with company-wide budgeting and forecasting

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking and 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Finance, or FP&A at a direct-to-consumer product company, with experience working with fulfillment, logistics, and/or supply chain
• Strong financial modeling skills and a very high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with SQL is preferred
• Prior experience at a high growth startup is a plus
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
• Ability to collaborate with others with different skill sets
• Willingness to do whatever is needed: we are a lean team
