Description:The Ground Support Equipment and Sustainment Solutions (GSESS) portfolio is growing at an unprecedented rate both in the F-35 domain as well as additional opportunities beyond F-35. The GSESS Portfolio Proposal Team is responsible for all proposal activity with Support Equipment and Non-Air Vehicle (NAV) requirements, spanning efforts from development to sustainment. This position will support a variety of GSESS contracts in the proposal execution phase and requires a multi-disciplined individual to integrate many elements of Support Equipment efforts.
The selected candidate will:
• Support proposal projects with SE and NAV content.
• Coordinate efforts directly related to the success of proposal development as well as reporting project status.
• Develop proposal schedules, kickoff packages, and Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM).
• Support proposal reviews, generate proposal requirements, coordinate BOE inputs, coordinate between IPTs and Senior Leadership.
• Ensure all proposal inputs are in accordance with RMS proposal compliance requirements.
• Support development of strategic pricing and proposal execution strategies for new domains of scope that have not been previously bid.
• Work with multiple organizations to shape new processes to align with proposal requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years prior proposal and/or program finance/operations experience
• 2+ years experience working within an Integrated product Team (IPT) and geographically dispersed team
• Basic understanding of Truth in Negotiations (TINA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Self-motivated, quick learner with demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; Detail oriented with critical strategic thinking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent with 6 years of professional experience

• Understanding of program baseline process
• Demonstrated Financial Analysis
• Prior F-35 Experience
• Familiar with RMS Business Tool Set (P2P, SAP, ECE, genBOE)
• Ability to identify and communicate issues quickly
