Description
Joining Intuitive Surgical means joining a team dedicated to using technology to benefit patients by improving surgical efficacy and decreasing surgical invasiveness, with patient safety as our highest priority.
Primary Function of Position:
Will provide analytics and financial analysis for decision support to the Chief Business Officer, business partnering for leaders in Corporate Development and Global Corporate Marketing and consolidating global Commercial financial insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:• Manage a team of two analysts that provide financial planning and analytical support• Overall decision support to the Chief Business Officer and his staff• Drive and support key finance processes, Plan, Budget, Forecast, Goal Setting, & Reporting for Corporate Development and Global Corporate Marketing• Drive, support, and track business growth oriented projects• Establish best in class process that focuses on proliferating growth• Central POC for the Commercial financial leaders• Liaison between Commercial and Corporate financial planning teams• Ad hoc reporting• Marketing analytics and competitive data analysis• Providing global commercial insights and analysis on a recurring basisQualifications
Skill/Job Requirements: • 5-7 years of FP&A / data analytics, with clear career progression
• BA in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong business application skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Hyperion, etc)
• Intellectual curiosity and drive to clarify ambiguous business challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Clear track record of excellence when supporting business partners
• Fast, high quality execution
• Good teamwork
