The Data-Driven Communications team (DDC) within the Schwab Central Marketing organization supports multiple business units across Schwab by helping customers make informed decisions based on meaningful information we deliver to them when they need it.
The team’s core objective is to substantively drive business growth and deepen client relationships by transforming how Schwab uses data and analytics. We do this by providing our marketing and business partners with support in their acquisition and client engagement strategies by identifying events, triggers, alerts, attributes, etc., that uncover opportunities for meaningful interactions with all customers.
The Manager for Lead Management is responsible for developing and executing lead management across the retail (B2C) business within Schwab. The primary focus of the role is executing against the Lead Management strategy, manage associated lead processes, continually understand the customer experience to inform strategy, help improve lead quality, and drive pipeline conversion. You will have a strong blend of execution-oriented, marketing knowledge, and marketing automation/lead management experience.
