Overview
The Traffic Specialist will acutely understand a project’s desired outcomes. Taking responsibility for assignments, ensuring completion on time, within budget and that objectives are met, you will be able to confidently address business needs, manage resources and any issues to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment. As the senior traffic manager, you will have to be the protector, the drillmaster and sometimes even the kindergarten teacher of your creative team.
You are expected to devour deadlines and manage miracles for one of our biggest clients. Together with the creative team, you are responsible for the progress of all of the client projects and team resources. This means being able to hustle your way between multifarious projects and often conflicting deliverables. By laying solid project foundations and keeping up great project control and communication you will ensure client expectations are met, budgets and scope are kept and quality is assured. In doing so you work closely together with the Account Team, production team and of course the creative team. You play a central role in projects; making sure everyone is aligned, communicate pro-actively with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct meticulous scoping, planning, costing and timing of project.
- Oversee the entire delivery and execution process, ensuring and facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
- Ensure aims of the project together with quality standards are met and taking up an active role in improving the quality of the output. Where relevant, recruiting, managing and monitoring specialists and sub-contractors to ensure quality and guidelines are maintaine
- Ensure a collaborative ‘One Team’ approach Daily solid communication, making sure stakeholders are informed on the status of the projects. Reporting on the progress through documents and meetings;
- Manage multiple fast paced, complex projects with a focus on high quality, on-time delivery and budget.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.
- Deliver campaign creative to internal production team.
Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese required. English is a plus.
- Either have Experience with global campaigns, TV, Print and digital production OR Experience with Account Management (Account Executive or Account Manager level) in agency.
- Rigorous in organization and management, conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project
- Ability to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people, processes and systems
- Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Manage your time like a boss

- 3-5 years (6-8 years for Senior) of project management experience in an agency or production house
- BA or BS degree
