We are a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product managers, operations and legal experts building products and tools that are changing the future of the legal industry. We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our fast-growing engineering, product, and design (EPD) team. As an early member of Atrium’s EPD team, you’ll have an outsized opportunity to shape Atrium’s product strategy and roadmap, hire and grow our product and design team, and build the future of legal services for clients and legal professionals. We’re looking for product leaders who can roll up their sleeves and distill complex legal workflows into clearly defined product specifications, while keeping a long-term holistic view of where the future of legal should go.

What will you be doing?

    • Be an owner of features and products, end to end
    • Identify opportunities in complex legal workflows to build features that provide exceptional customer experience and improved legal productivity
    • Act as the bridge between the technical, legal, and business teams to align on a common customer experience
    • Develop and own product roadmaps for our growing EPD team
    • Develop and evolve the practice of product management and product design at Atrium
    • Partner directly with senior executives including the CTO, Head of Legal, and CEO to level up Atrium’s organization and better service our customers

What does success look like in this role?

    • 3+ years experience product management experience. Added bonus if some of that was in SaaS or at an early-stage, fast-growing startup.
    • Have a proven track record of delivering complex end-to-end product launches
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for doing data analysis
    • Process-oriented and able to deal confidently with unclear or changing situations
    • Excellent communication and listening skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
    • Strong empathy for the customer and other stakeholders
    • A desire to dive in and learn about new problem spaces
