What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an Events Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department in New York City. The successful incumbent will lead general administration efforts and support the Events team in executing the day to day global events program.

Activities may include:

• Organization and infrastructure to help the program scale – setting up global events calendar, documenting our processes and best practices for each type of event, on-boarding/welcome guidelines for new teammates, establishing checklists and protocol for all activities
• Swag requests – taking orders from the field and shipping swag to prospects and customers, arranging swag shipments to events, follow up and thank you notes to customers
• Leading the customer mailing and holiday card mailing for holiday greetings to our customers or similar project
• Interacting with vendors, ordering gifts
• Event planning and logistics support
• Ordering supplies and light event planning
