We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Email Marketing Team and work collaboratively with other areas of the company to build, test, and deploy MathWorks email campaigns. If you have experience with email marketing, this may be your opportunity to use your professional expertise and marketing knowledge to drive results. The ideal candidate is a team player who has experience with email marketing in a B2B environment and is skilled building and launching emails using Eloqua or a similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with campaign initiators to design email campaigns and communication sequences for outbound promotions.
• Create distribution lists, build emails and deploy campaigns in Eloqua.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analysts and Field Marketing to define and execute split tests to drive ongoing improvements in MathWorks email.
• Operate as consultant to other areas of the company on email marketing tactics and best practices. Educate campaign initiators on the capabilities and limitations of the Eloqua platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience building email and configuring campaigns using an Email Service Provider or marketing automation tool, preferably Eloqua. Eloqua certification is a plus.
• Knowledge programming HTML for email.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with databases and querying tools to extract and segment data a plus.
