Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced training operations manager to support and develop our content publishing processes for both online and classroom-based content production. In this role, you’ll build a rapport with our instructional designers and classroom delivery managers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all the content production details are completed correctly, on-time, and communicated to the right people. You’ll manage day-to-day operations of our learning management system, which is Litmos, for our customers, partners, and employees. You’ll develop analytics to understand usage and completion patterns for our online learning assets as well as feedback surveys. You’ll also implement badges and other gamification strategies for our courseware on LMS. Vlocity University online is our secured customer, partner, and employee-facing learning management system. Vlocity University is part of Vlocity Success Community, which has 13,000 users.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing learning paths, courses, and modules on Litmos
  • Adding and managing users and their team structure on Litmos
  • Responding to questions or issues from Litmos users
  • Running reports, and giving access to other individuals so they can run reports for their departments or companies
  • Developing analytics for our online courses and surveys
  • Implementing and managing our gamification systems, such as badging
  • Researching and implementing new Litmos features, as needed
  • Managing instructor-led classroom courseware production processes

In addition to managing our LMS, you’ll also help us manage our exams on Webassessor, which is our test development and delivery platform. You’ll work closely with our Director of Certification Programs to manage exams and deliver logos to certification holders. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Creating item banks and importing objectives
  • Creating new test forms for exams
  • Maintaining, versioning, and retiring exams
  • Monitoring the exam catalog and inquiries
  • Running performance and candidate reports in Webassessor
  • Resolving and communicating Webassessor performance issues and downtimes
  • Knowing about Webassessor new releases and changes

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • 3 years of learning management system administration experience, preferably Litmos
  • Experience working with a test development and delivery platform, preferably Webassessor
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communications skills
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage production details and timelines
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Stellar academic background. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must enjoy the challenges and opportunities of a start-up environment
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and drive

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including the ability to run reports
  • Skills in producing and supporting multimedia content including text, graphics, and videos
  • Experience developing Articulate Rise content
