In P&G Brand Management you will work with multifunctional teams (including finance, sales and product supply) to develop and execute winning growth strategies in order to accelerate our business across the Czech Republic and Slovakia Markets. In this role you will have full responsibility for the baby care category in all areas of brand management, starting with portfolio, marketing, communication and trial planning.With us you will;

• Lead the effort to drive brand awareness, customer demand and brand performance.
• Design strategic interventions on the brand portfolio, marketing and communication plans based on the in-depth analysis of wide set of data, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, competitive activities.
• Lead new product launches and evaluate the current strategies of a brand performance.
• Coordinate the work of the multi-functional team, including internal and external partners such as media and creative agencies.
• Demonstrate consumer & shopper understanding, gathering local consumer insights from and develop plans to meet identified needs.
• Pioneer innovative digital solutions in the area of communication and commerce.

Qualifications

Apply if you have:

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum, preferably in Brand Management or Marketing.
• Experience working within an FMCG or manufacturing environment with a strong interest in developing and leading successful product initiatives.
• Excellent English & Czech/ Slovak communication skills (both oral and written), able to communicate effectively and discuss/present expert matters confidently.
