As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Affinity US Marketing team in Fort Washington, PA.

THIS ROLE IS FOR A SUMMER 2020 INTERNSHIP

Your Impact as a Marketing Analytics Summer Intern

Interns within Aon Risk Solutions will gain valuable experience assisting the team supporting both client and internal projects. Interns will work with a cross-functional team gain visibility and experience across a broad segment of clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with campaign strategy development & execution teams
  • Assist in developing KPIs, Marketing profitability metrics & BI dashboards (Domo, Tableau)
  • Support Predictive Modelling Data & Analytics initiatives
  • Provide customer insights to support Media Channel leads – Web / Google Analytics, Paid & Organic Media, Social (Facebook, LinkedIn), Email (Marketing Cloud)
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are meeting ROI and Payback period targets.
  • Participate in key department project work.
  • Gain insight into the functional areas within Marketing & Communications department.

Required Experience:

  • An interest in data analysis and marketing, and understanding of digital marketing tactics, channels and platforms
  • The ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Seek out new challenges and growth opportunities
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

Preferred Experience:

  • Visio

Education:

  • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with a major in such areas as Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance or Risk management and Insurance, or other related degree/field(s).

Applicants for this role, must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
