Job Summary

Acts as the partners advocate, to help to retain CTL’s existing revenue streams whilst creating new opportunities. Exceed targets in revenue growth, through increased customer advocacy / NPS across the Domestic Wholesale team account base. Working to identify high churn risks and work alongside the account team to renew these services proactively.

This role is a customer facing sales role, whilst the focus is on revenue there will also be a requirement to identify, develop and nurture net-new opportunities within the account base. Selling through churn within the base is an important strategy to manage the overall revenue line.

To delight customers and achieve a world class performance supporting a team of Account Directors. You will need to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of our key clients and market dynamics and how CTL’s products & capabilities can align to deliver mutual benefit.

Ability to drive sales strategic direction in line with CTL strategy

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Strong influencing and negotiating skills.

Understanding of CTL’s structure and capabilities and our competitive advantage.

Capability to engage at a senior level with customers to strategically position CTL, its offering and competitive advantage.

Strong financial and commercial acumen

Belief in delivering revenue growth through creating customer advocates.

Strong analytical skills

Accurate planning, forecasting and reporting against sales plan and targets

Computer literacy and system skills and knowledge are essential

The ability to work with the minimum of supervision, be part of a team, present a quality image and be willing to work unscheduled hours when required

A full driving licence
