Product Owner

Katerra is developing software products that will enable our approach to revolutionizing construction. We are looking for a talented and proven Product Owner to drive development for our latest software. Our software suite stretches across construction, property developers, subcontractors, and other partners to collaborate on buildings – and we must build many software tools to simultaneously allow our own teams to succeed as well as enable rapid success for others through the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Create shared understanding of the product between different groups of the
Sprint Team
• Manage Sprints and actively maintain Product backlog basis feedback collected
from multiple sources
• Work closely with Product Managers on the field to understand user feedback
and covert the same to development tasks
• Attention to detail with ability to break down broad product flows into
meaningful user stories
• Ability to translate product priorities into technical requirements and work closely
with the development team to ensure features developed are in line with user
expectations
• Work closely with UX designers to create meaningful mockups and wireframe.
Ensure UX alignment with other products in the suite
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop meaningful test cases.
Active participation is acceptability testing before every product release
• Ensure timely development of product while driving Agile Methodology for
Product development
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of product development/product management experience
• Software development / UX design experience is a plus
• Strengths in collaborative problem-solving, issue resolution, and working in
teams
• Experience in delivering under strict deadlines and high customer expectations
