Do you have first experiences as a project manager, ideally around helping customers getting onboarded on an online service platform? Then join us as Implementation Executive (Junior Project Manager Implementation) (m/f/d) based in Stockholm or Helsinki. In this role you will work with various teams such as sales, account management and customer service within Egencia to successfully implement new customers on our platform.

What you will do:

  • You act as the first point of contact during the implementation process
  • You create the implementation project plan together with customers and internal departments involved
  • You monitor, manage and optimize time and resource planning for the project
  • You prepare and moderate customer meetings and provide status reporting, problem solving and feedback afterwards
  • You promote open communication within the team
  • You create and maintain project plans, status reports and project documentation
  • You provide training to customers on how to use the online booking tool

Who you are:

This role will be just right, if

  • You bring proven first experience in project management (mandatory) combined with consulting skills and experience with documentation, status reporting, training and presentations
  • You are experienced in working with online tools, previous experience in an online travel context is beneficial
  • You are proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • You are comfortable working across multiple countries and occasionally different time zones
  • You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • You speak and write Finish AND Swedish + English fluently (mandatory), other Nordics languages would be an asset.
  • You are willing to travel to meet customers throughout the Nordics, with travel expected to be around 30% of your working time
