The Product Operations Analyst is responsible for creating and operationalizing Secureworks products and services within Secureworks CRM system, Salesforce.com. This includes interacting with individual product managers and a cross functional team to understand system functionality and set up the products so requirements from all stakeholders are met. This role is also responsible for developing product reporting and analyzing results with the product managers. This includes working with the Secureworks Business Intelligence team to develop standard reporting, but also ad hoc reporting in excel. The Product Operations Analyst will develop basic knowledge and understanding of the entire Secureworks product and services portfolio.
The ideal candidate for this role is analytical and can understand system workflows, but also be creative in solving problems. The candidate should be collaborative and work well with cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.
