Your position as IT Service Desk Administrator @ Atos


For Atos IT Solutions and Services Oy Eesti filiaal, we are looking for an enthusiastic new member to join our positive and ambitious Atos team in Tallinn, Estonia.
The successful candidate will be part of a service desk team and the main role is to provide IT support to our customers for their everyday IT-related questions via e-mail, phone and chat in Finnish and English language. Your job responsibilities include user account administration, creating and upkeeping instructions, handling communication between the customer and the technical teams.

Tasks

SLA-compliant receipt of conversations, emails, faxes and tickets relating to incidents, faults, orders and complaints;
- SLA-compliant processing of emails, faxes, tickets and calls received by the Service Desk within an overflow or at unattended times;
- Qualitatively flawless and correct recording of the messages in the trouble ticket system, using the valid work and procedural instructions;
- Acceptance and recording of complaints within the scope of the service desk operation, if necessary with the involvement of the responsible manager of the client. - Direct forwarding of escalating complaints to the responsible employees of the client;
- SLA-compliant processing of tickets forwarded to the 2nd level;
- Observe and act in accordance with the applicable work instructions, process descriptions and binding documentation;
