The Role:

Happiness Ambassador Site Lead

Reporting to the Happiness Manager [HM] AND Happiness Ambassador Lead [HAL] of your site; you will play an elevated role in delivering a delightful experience to our customers and representing the company's mission at our client sites.

Work hours will be M-F, 4:00am - 12:30pm

Responsibilities

In addition to being a high-performer in ALL the duties and responsibilities of a Happiness Ambassador [HA]; Happiness Ambassador Site Leads [HASLs] assume the following additional responsibilities on a clients site.

• Primary and initial contact with client’s employees and client representatives [Office Managers, Facilities, Executives, etc.].
• Resolve site problems and concerns in a timely manner; utilizing available omg support [equipment teams, warehouse teams, food product teams, etc.] where needed.
• Escalate site concerns to Happiness Manager Leads or Happiness Managers if unable to resolve be themselves.
• Work closely and communicate regularly with Happiness Ambassador Leads and HMs to keep everyone updated re. all areas of client concerns and questions.
• Participate in regularly scheduled HAL and HA Site Lead meetings.
• Handle primary ordering responsibilities and ordering for designated client site(s).
• Provide supplemental “site-specific” training to HAs unfamiliar with the site(s).
• Maintain Oh My Green Merchandising standards on site.
• Maintain site(s) standards in regards to cleanliness and stock [par] levels.
• Provide feedback to HALs and HMs re. HA(s) site performance.
• May be scheduled to provide additional HA support at another client site.
• Assist with other duties as needed by the team.

Qualifications

• High performing, experienced Happiness Ambassador with Oh My Green desired.
• Separate morning and evening shifts may be available
• A strong communicator and works quickly
• Detail-­oriented, reliable, on-­time, and organized
• A quick learner, proactive, and work quickly
• Must have retail/customer service
