Operations Specialist II

Aon is looking for an Operations Specialist II. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Aon Affinity Commercial Solutions group in Fort Washington, PA.

Your impact as an Operations Specialist II

Job Responsibilities:

• Day to day accountability supporting Aon Affinity Commercial Solutions program book of business:
• Sales Support / Fleet Management Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Sales by taking on the full responsibilities of processing and maintaining all Fleet changes for a large Commercial Auto Book of Business.
• Maintain insured files and clearly and appropriately document account to ensure adherence to Program standards
• Support Sales with servicing new and renewal business.
• Assist with gathering information from prospects to manage and maintain fleet details
• Review endorsement documents for accuracy and deliver policy documents
• Assist with maintenance of billing and Premium Financing Terms as relates to endorsement activity
• Support Sales with servicing new and renewal business
• Assist with gathering information from prospects
• Review policy documents for accuracy and deliver policy documents
• Assist sales with renewal solicitations within targeted timelines
• Manage daily phone coverage to achieve department standards
• Provide continued client servicing to include binders, mid-term endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy renewals, etc.
• Advise and assist clients on making claims on their policies
• Other Duties as Assigned

Competencies:

• P&C License Preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Excel and Word) REQUIRED
• Experience with AS400 and ECerts a Plus
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Customer service experience
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Technical Capabilities
• Self-Starter

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent property and casualty knowledge preferred.
