JOB DESCRIPTION: Raytheon IIS is a talented candidate to provide System Administration, Network, and Mission Support to an integrated array of SIGINT and Multi-INT systems within DCGS. You will interface with customers and co-contractors on a daily basis to troubleshoot and correct system problems. Debug HW/SW/SYSTEM problems and communicate corrective actions to various locations and site personnel. Analyze system performance and make recommendations on system improvements. Install and checkout system upgrades. This site supports a military customer and a Government agency. This position does a shift rotation. SIGINT understanding is a must.
REQUIRED SKILLS: This position requires experience with large scale system maintenance, troubleshooting and support. Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas is required, Solaris System Administration for SUN Servers and Workstations, Encryption device knowledge, UNIX, shell scripting. Existing CompTIA Security +
DESIRED SKILLS: Familiarity with RF intelligence gathering, analysis and dissemination, exposure to C/C++, Telecommunication Systems and Troubleshooting, Cisco Routers, ATM Switches, Bridges, Oracle or Web-logic. Prior domain DCGS experience.
SECURITY CLEARENCE: EXISTING DoD TS/SCI IS REQUIRED
WORK SCHEDULE: Overtime, weekend work, nightshift, non-standard work week and extended shifts.
TRAVEL: Some travel may be required to support other locations during surge activities, installs or upgrades.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS in STEM and minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
