Job Description

  • Take responsibility for various IT systems (contact center infrastructure, video-conferencing, telepresence, systems, LAN/WAN interconnectivity, load balancers, etc. ) in a multiskilled approach.
  • Design, install, configure, test and maintain IT systems and system management tools.
  • Manage and monitor installed systems.
  • Proactively ensure the highest level of service availability in a 24/7 production environment.
  • Provide 3rd level support.
  • Maintain a proactive view on capacity and performance of IT systems.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify and mitigate performance flaws.
  • Enable automation.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Develop and maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
  • Train 1st and 2nd level support teams.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Maintain operational, configurational and other procedures.
  • Maintain topology, inventory and service specification documents.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Provide consultancy and input to solution design, pre-sales, service delivery.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical information to technical support groups, customer support centers and end-users as required.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands on experience in System Administrator/Engineer positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrics/Electronics Engineering or related departments.
  • Very good command of English.
  • One or more items of the following technical skill sets are required in line with the ITIL methodology:
  • Expert in Genesys CTI Framework for both inbound and outbound solutions.
  • Expert in incorporating outbound capabilities using GVP and Proactive Contact.
  • Expert in Genesys Enterprise Routing Solution.
  • Experience with Genesys Voice Portal IVR.
  • Experience with Nice Voice Recording system and integrations.
  • Experience with large/multi-center call center load balancing.
  • Experience with other contact center infrastructure (Avaya, Cisco, Unify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with video-conferencing and telepresence (Cisco, Polycom, Avaya, Unify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with LAN/WAN switches, routers and interconnections (Cisco, Juniper, HPE, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with load balancers (F5, Citrix, etc.) is a plus.
