Tasks

You are responsible for the design and solution description of subsystems in the environment of the provided system components of the CNS cloud architecture and the projects based on it. You will work in the architecture team.

In the quotation phase of our projects, you support the Solution Manager in the calculation of partial solutions and document these for the quotation. If necessary, you will support the presentation of the quotation and present your parts to the customer.

In the implementation phase, you will work as an architect in the projects and will be responsible for your sub-area. As an architect, you will be responsible for creating the system architecture for the subsystem on the basis of the solution design in accordance with requirements and guidelines. They are responsible for and control the modelling of their parts of the system architecture in the project.
Necessary architectural decisions are made in close coordination with the responsible Senior System Architect of the department. You will take part in meetings with the department's architects and present your work there. Those responsible for the department's architectural specifications always keep you up to date on all important decisions. In project meetings with the client (project manager/system architects level) you represent your part of the solution design, the system design and the system architecture.

The work is based on the approaches of the Bundeswehr Architecture Method and the NATO Architecture Framework (NAF). An enterprise modeling tool is used to describe the models and processes. With your business fluency in German and English, you are a competent contact for our customers. Personally, you convince through a high customer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, intuition, communication and team skills as well as a high result and quality orientation.

Requirements

For this position, knowledge, skills and abilities are required, such as those acquired with a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, business informatics or comparable.
Knowledge of different architectural approaches (especially cloud architectures) and modelling of system architectures is required. You have experience in enterprise modeling (ideally Enterprise Architect from Sparcs, NAF) and system integration on Windows platforms (Windows Server, Windows Client, Microsoft HyperV, VM-Ware as well as Windows Applications).

At least 4 years of work experience, of which at least 1 year as a Professional System Engineer is required. Certification as Project Manager PM@Atos , PMI or Prince II is desirable.
