If you are an upbeat, with a passion for building strong networks, this job is for you! As a member of our high performing field operations team, you will help us drive and lead the performance of our service business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming service calls that have been called into OTISLINE;
• Make ongoing decisions to defer, reprioritize and ultimately dispatch service calls to the appropriate mechanic;
• Interact with customers, GPS, knowledge of individual mechanic skill set, etc. to evaluate service call priorities to help in the dispatching of calls;
• Prepare and communicate plans to complete maintenance and testing procedures to our mechanics in order to achieve the branch’s obligations;
• Prepare and distribute periodic reports to local service operations and regional teams showing ongoing progress at both branch and mechanic levels;
• Lead daily team huddle calls with all mechanics and members of the service field management team;
• Manage other aspects of the service operations department as deemed necessary (i.e. payroll approval, purchasing, safety program, etc.)
• Help branch service operations team to manage mechanic performance.

Qualifications

• College degree or related work experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
• Ability to work flexible hours
