The SSD Thermal Mechanical Engineer expert will be responsible for developing thermal models of SOCs, DRAM, NAND - in turn develop thermal models of performance optimized SSD products utilizing the key components. You will have a background working from the silicon die to the server system level. A successful candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and experience on methodologies and experimentation to validate thermal models and characterize system level thermals.

You will design, implement, and document thermal mechanical designs. In a fast pace environment, you will demonstrate your ability to prioritize engineering decisions, balance multiple projects simultaneously, work cross-functionally, collaborate with internal partners and drive to closure. The primary focus will be on project engineering which will include design, research, prototyping, product improvements, process improvements and engineering documentation. You will manage all project technical activities aiming at assuring customer focused project accuracy and quality, from concept thru high volume manufacture.
