Job Description

• The selected engineer will develop devices for next-generation NAND flash memory in collaboration with domestic and overseas engineers.

Responsiblities

• Evaluation and analysis of electrical characteristics of flash memory by product and TEG
• Optimization of memory structure and process by TCAD simulation
• Proposal to improve manufacturing process and operating conditions

Requirements

Must

• Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor device, flash memory operation, process integration

・1 Product Evaluation · Electrical Analysis, 2 TEG Evaluation / Analysis, 3 Traffic Analysis by TCAD Simulation · Device Optimization 5 years or more
・Teamwork and communication skills

Want

• Basic English communication skills
• Expert knowledge and experience on NAND Flash Memory

Qualification

Must

• Bachelor degree or above
• Is able to communicate in English for daily activities like E-mail exchange and technical document preparation

Want

• Ability to go for several oveseas business trips in a year
