Who we are looking for:

POSSIBLE seeks a UI Designer to join our growing team. Our designers are masters of visual communication, the link between the logical side of design and the emotional world of branding. We help brands express themselves be it through visuals, animations, colours or any of the other tools at our disposal.

We are also the tastemakers. We are the cultural barometers of our clients. We set and understand what good is. We expect our visual designers to be the ones helping users feel, not only think. You will make UIs, design posters, websites, interfaces, motion graphics, typography and more.

What you'll do:

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of each client’s brand values, guidelines and briefs and ensure all finished work complies with these guidelines.
  • Lead on complex and high-profile work requiring depth and breadth of experience and creative thinking.
  • Take personal responsibility for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted design that adheres to client equity and standards.
  • Demonstrate and maintain standards of excellence in illustration, typography, photography and new creative arenas as they emerge.
  • Maintain proficiency in the most up-to-date design programs and always eager to research and learn about new tools, tips, and tricks.
  • Analyse problems, anticipate consequences and eliminate obstacles to successfully complete projects.
  • Proactively research and pursue ideas for professional development. Seek out creative mentorship and inspiration.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience as professional graphic designer in multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing digital platform experience
  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Expert proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design programs
  • Solid typography skills
  • Understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations of Web development, with an emphasis on front-end development (CSS, HTML5, etc.)
  • Strong organisation skills and keen attention to detail
  • General understanding of browser/platform constraints as they affect online design
  • Exhibit a clear ability to self-edit and to deliver valid initial thinking and adept at managing and prioritizing within timelines for project milestones
  • Experience with budgets and time constraints and consideration for these at all stages of the project
