LivePerson is currently seeking a creative and talented professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive based in Paris, France. The Account Executive forms the arrow head behind which LivePerson places a great deal of support. In return it is your responsibility to go out & secure new logo expansion for LivePerson.

Over the next three years, we want to massively shift the 268BN analogue phone calls between a brand and it’s consumers to digital on the LiveEngage platform. By doing this, we enable the consumer to get back their time and have a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, stores, and contact centre’s become a unified experience. We need to deliver the highest quality consumer experience whether it be by a live or artificial agent, powered by IBM and other cognitive partners as well as vertical consumer facing bot plays, whether it be through the brand’s mobile, web, or digital properties or through our distribution partners like Apple, Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Line.

    • Pipeline generation (working with internal & external stakeholders to design & deliver sales campaign to drive $ value pipeline)

    • Deal closing (Managing internal & external stakeholders to successful signature & authorisation of contract)
    • Commercial Management/Contracting (Commercials, term, payment schedule & T&C's)

    • Understand & can convey the benefits of the LivePerson project methodology & secure stakeholder agreement to follow
    • Consulting & informing the CP & account team about the project progress & risks prior to handover
  • We are system thinkers: Operational Excellence
    • Operational Performance Management (exceeding Customer Success measures)
    • LiveEngage Platform Performance (driving Cst Sx outcomes)
    • LiveEngage integration with cst operations (shaping the role of mess. alongside voice & chat)
  • We are data-driven and test & learn: Technical
    • Tech overview of LiveEngage Platform (High level influencing of client tech solution)
    • LiveEngage Platform/Portfolio solutions (influencing LP product development)
    • Repeatable models for client deployment (estimate & plan & deliverables)

What will you need for success?

Your LivePerson team will help you, and We learn from mistakes, but you do need a few bits of experience just to help you along the way;

  • Consistent proven track record of success and achievement at Enterprise sales within a SaaS organisation
  • Proven ability to close new business – quota attainment on a regular basis
  • 10+ years field sales experience
  • 5+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to challenge a brands thinking
  • Native French language skills
