In this job, you will be part of the U.S. Learning and Development Team and will provide Training support for the Bethesda Field Office (NC, VA, MD, DE, PA, NJ) You will report directly to a Field Training Manager. You will be responsible for delivering the McDonald's core training curriculum which uses a flexible and blended training method. You will also work closely with the Field Training Manager and leadership to execute cutting edge training strategies that promote both the Field Office strategy and U.S L & D Training Plan.

Responsibilities

In your job as a Training Consultant you will be in charge of changing the behavior of the staff, Owner Operators, Restaurant operators and learners from all levels. By leading this change you will make an impact and assist with achieving better business results.


You will be responsible for:


• Holding trainings that motivate, improve competencies and performance and directly impact results at the restaurant level


• Be a champion and cheerleader for the McDonald’s vision by recommending resources and strategies that promote and lead to market success and goal achievement


• Assist team members on how to measure and improve training results as well as diagnose learning issues that will help people do better.


• Be the ambassador or partnership between the McDonald’s leadership that promotes learning and contributes to the success of the company both at the local level but on a national scale as well.

**The ideal candidate lives in the VA/MD area**


**Depending on your geographical location, travel may vary between 50-75%**

Minimum Requirements

Training and/or facilitation experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience training in a group setting
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
