About the Position:

This position will be responsible for technically leading and implementing all in-house Corporate IT technologies. This role will work alongside a team of dedicated IT Professionals interested in optimizing and enhancing the end-user computing experience. As a Senior IT Engineer you’ll be a key contributor to the team and company at large, helping to drive and shape the tech used in the team, headquarters and remote offices. This role will work alongside the various teams within IT and require cross-collaboration and the ability to be self-driven and adapt to changing needs of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from a technical implementation perspective
• Administer SaaS based solutions with a deep understanding of SCIM/SAML
• Conduct PoC for IT solutions
• Contribute to driving and shaping the IT experience for company\
• Lead and mentor junior techs
• Define and lead EUC experience
• Create and update documentation (internal & external)

Qualifying requirements:

• Significant experience with desktop support (EUC) with advance involvement with supporting a mac environment
• Strong knowledge with hands on experience of LAN/WAN experience
• Strong knowledge of administering and maintaining Windows Server environments
• Knowledgeable of Linux environments and utilizing CLI
• Hands on experience with JAMF and G-Suite administration
• Hands experience administering networking hardware at a CLI level

Preferred Requirements

• Hands on experience with a virtualized server environment (esx/openstack)
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices (CISSP/Sec+)
• Understanding of Cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Hands on experience with Meraki infrastructure and administration
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology (jira)
• Knowledge of Bash/python scripting
