Your Impact

We are looking for a Recruiter to partner with leaders across the company as we scale our team significantly. T his is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building a world-class organization and have an outsized impact across the organization.

Your Role:

• Focus on hiring for non technical positions with an emphasis on product, marketing and design
• Work closely with leaders across the organization to identify and hire top talent.
• Source and identify passive candidates from diverse backgrounds to help build out our teams.
• Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
• Design and lead events to attract talent and drive employment brand.
• Work closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates.
• Advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets.
• Work collaboratively across our Recruiting Team including other recruiters, sourcers + coordinators.
• Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems.
• Provide an inclusive candidate experience for individuals from all backgrounds

Your Background

• 3+ years of relevant full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally both within an agency and in house.
• A successful record of high volume sourcing and successfully achieving hiring goals.
• A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong ability to screen candidates to ensure strong role alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• Experience sourcing for non technical positions
• Bias towards humility, curiosity, and humor
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities
• Great judgment and a history of working with highly confidential information
