RigUp is hiring a Benefit Manager that will be responsible for plan administration and selection of all benefit programs for our W-2 consultants. What You'll Be Doing

• Design, evaluate, and modify benefit policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements
• Manage the design and development of tools to assist consultants in benefit selection
• Manage integration of new acquisitions onto current benefit offerings
• Work directly with our payroll team for accurate benefit deduction loads and file feeds
• Manage our annual enrollment, renewal and distribution processes
• Manage our growing benefit team to ensure our consultants receive impeccable customer service

What You Should Have

• 8 - 10 years benefit administration experience
• Current on Federal and State regulations that affect employee benefits
• Must have worked directly with employees, preferably 1k+ headcount
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Demonstrate solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
