Office Manager

Job Description

The Office Manager establishes the first impression of the San Diego office by owning general office upkeep and supports colleagues in areas of new employee onboarding, executive administration, people operations (HR) and events and culture. We’re looking for someone to dive into this role and continuously look for opportunities to go above and beyond! ***Please note, BVAccel is unable to sponsor employment visas at this time***

What you'll do...

• Establish an excellent first impression by owning & managing the San Diego office, including greeting all visitors and owning office upkeep and supply inventory
• Coordinate & provide support for San Diego Office, including planning events & meetings, fielding basic requests from employees, and organizing vendor deliveries to the office
• Provide administrative support for the People Team by assisting with onboarding new hires, scheduling and coordinating onsite interviews, and supporting on office initiatives
• Support executive & leadership teams by assisting with scheduling meetings, creating slide decks and presentations, coordinating and facilitating quarterly & executive meetings

• Strong technical savvy
• Low ego, no job is beneath you
• Previous office manager/administrative experience is a plus but not required!
